Homemade Burger & Fries

Preheat oven 350F

Ingredients:

Burger Patty

- 1 lbs 96% Lean Ground Beef

- 1/2 tbsp Sea Salt

- 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder

- 1 tsp Pepper

Fries

- 3 lbs Gold Potatoes

- Garlic Powder

- Oregano

- Paprika Powder

Condiments

- Primal Kitchen Ketchup

- Dijon Mustard

- Skinny Buns (Aldi)

Instructions:

Mix all burger ingredients in a medium size bowl, form 3-4oz Patties and place on a baking sheet, covered with parchment paper

Wash potatoes peel (optional) and cut into strings.

Place onto baking sheet and season with salt, garlic powder, oregano and paprika powder.

Bake for approx 25min, add burger patty sheet into the oven as well and bake both for additional 10-15min

Assemble burger & fries & serve - Violà

*note if you like extremely crunchy fries, soak raw potatoe fries for 2-24h in salted cold water
