Ingredients:
Pie
⁃ 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
⁃ 1 cup Egg White
⁃ 2 scoops Vitals Beef Gelatin
⁃ 1/3 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
⁃ I full dropper Vanilla Stevia
⁃ 1 can Reduced Fat Coconut Milk
⁃ 6 Fresh Lime Juice
⁃ Lime Zest 1 Lime
Raspberry Sauce
⁃ 1 package Fresh Raspberries
Instructions:
Preheat Oven to F350
Add all ingredients for pie into a mixing bowl, mix well with an electric mixer.
Cover an oven safe dish with parchment paper and pour mix into the dish (7”X11”).
Bake on middle rack for approximately 45min, or until middle section of pie is firm.
Let it cool down before cutting.
Meanwhile smush the raspberries with a fork into a jam.
Serve together - VIOLÀ ❕
Best after refrigerated for a couple of hours.
